Collections

We have a wide range of collections in our library, related to Medical Science, and digital formats such as CD-ROM, CD, VCD, and DVD. We also collect daily serial publications, such as newspapers, and also monthly serial publications, such as magazines.

Library Membership Procedures

All Students / Doctors of NMC can be entitled to become library and to borrow any books or reading materials from the NMC library. To obtain a library card one should take an application form. The applicant shall submit the filled up form along with 01 (One) passport size photograph and Photocopy of ID card. After verification the authority approved the application.

Library membership card shall remain validity depending on type of membership.

Library Resource Circulation

Maximum three books (Students) can be borrowed at a time. Patrons are responsible for returning materials on or before the due date. Retention of borrowed materials beyond the date shall result in a fine. 

Library Clearance

A member must obtain clearance from the library at time of course completion/tenure by returning all books and materials issued against him. He/She should also surrender the library card.
